Half-day working sessions at your office in Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, or anywhere in the Valley. Remote for the rest of Arizona.
Adept Advisors is in Peoria. For nonprofits in the Phoenix metro the Working Session happens at your office, on your machines, with your staff around one table. That matters more than it sounds: the session uses your real inbox, your real grant report, and your real books, and the rule for what never goes into a tool gets written on your whiteboard where staff will see it next week.
Anywhere else in Arizona, the session runs by video with screen sharing, and it works nearly as well. Tucson, Flagstaff, Yuma, and the rural counties are welcome.
Executive directors and small staffs, two to thirty people: human services, arts and culture, education, youth, animal welfare, environmental, faith-adjacent community organizations. Not enterprise strategy and not for-profit consulting. If your board is asking what your AI policy is and your development person is writing thank-yous at ten at night, you are who this is for.
How the models actually work and where they are wrong. The rule: nothing about the people you serve, nothing about a donor's giving tied to a name. The inbox across donors, volunteers, board, and funders. The grant narrative and the report. The books by fund and program, read back in plain English for the board. And the one-page policy, drafted with your staff and ready for the next board meeting.
The Working Session, $1,200 flat, or $900 for organizations with a budget under $500,000. A half day, the ED plus up to five staff, three workflows running before I leave, ninety days of the Adept Library for your whole staff.
Staff and Board, $1,800. The session plus a 60-minute board briefing and the policy presented for a vote.
Advisor on Call, $400 a month. Two office-hours calls a month, same-week answers by email, the full Library, cancel any month.
If a session doesn't produce at least one workflow you'll keep using, you don't pay for it. Capacity-building grants often cover the cost; here is how to ask.
Start with the organization brief guide or the one-page AI policy guide. If your association, foundation, or accounting firm hosts nonprofit groups, the 90-minute workshop is free.
